In 2003, former Sales Leader and Presales Engineer Rebecca Reilly saw an opportunity to leverage her industry experience and passion for career matchmaking. She founded her recruiting firm, Ostreet, in Boston.

Over the course of two decades, Ostreet has become a leading Sales and Systems Engineering search firm specializing in cloud, security, observability, and networking.

Rebecca has expanded her team's services beyond contingency and retained hiring. Ostreet now also helps high school athletes and recent college graduates by writing resumes tailored to their goals. For athletes aiming for college, we emphasize their athletic and academic achievements. For new graduates, we provide job advice and resume support to improve their chances of securing their first job.
